CC Resolution No. 2102 RESOLUTION NO. 2102 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS, DIRECTING THE PREPARATION OF SERVICE PLANS FOR THE ANNEXATION OF JOPLIN PROCESS MANAGEMENT, LLC'S PROPERTY LOCATED IN INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT NO. 2 IN HARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF. ************************************************************************************* WHEREAS, Section 43.065 of the Texas Local Government Code provides that before the publication of the notice of the first public hearing, the City Council shall direct the City's Planning and Development Services Department to prepare a service plan that provides for the extension of full municipal services to the area to be annexed; and WHEREAS, Joplin Process Management, LLC's property within Industrial District No. 2 was formerly the subject of an industrial district agreement; and WHEREAS, the City and Joplin Process Management, LLC, currently have no industrial district agreement in effect for such property;NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN,TEXAS: Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Baytown, Texas, hereby authorizes and directs the City's Planning and Development Services Department to prepare a service plan that provides for the extension of full municipal services to the area to be annexed as described hereinabove and which is more particularly described in Exhibit "A," which is attached hereto and incorporated herein for all intent and purposes. Section 2: This resolution shall take effect immediately from a after its passage by the City Council of the City of Baytown.
