TEXAS, ACCEPTING THE CONVEYANCE OF APPROXIMATELY .2589
ACRES OF LAND OUT OF THE W.C.R.R. SURVEY, ABSTRACT NO. 899,
HARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS, FROM REME FINANCIAL, LLC, PURSUANT
TO A DETENTION AGREEMENT FOR THE COTTAGES AT SAN JACINTO
BOULEVARD PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD); AND PROVIDING
FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Baytown, Texas, hereby accepts the
conveyance of approximately .2589 acres of land out of the W.C.R.R. Survey, Abstract No. 899,
Harris County, Texas, from REME Financial, LLC, pursuant to a Detention Agreement for The
Cottages at San Jacinto Boulevard PUD. The Dedication Deed is attached hereto as Exhibit "A,"
which is incorporated herein for all intents and purposes.
Section 2: This ordinance shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by
the City Council of the City of Baytown.
INTRODUCED, READ and PASSED by the affirmative vote of the City Council of the
City of Baytown this the 27`h day of January, 2022.
