A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN,
TEXAS, ACCEPTING A CONTRIBUTION FROM EXXON MOBIL
CORPORATION IN THE AMOUNT OF EIGHTY-FOUR THOUSAND ONE
HUNDRED NINETY-ONE AND 26/100 DOLLARS ($84,191.26) FOR THE
PURCHASE OF TREES AND SUPPLIES FOR THE UNIDAD PARK TREE
PROJECT; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN,
TEXAS:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Baytown, Texas, hereby accepts a
contribution from Exxon Mobil Corporation in the amount of EIGHTY-FOUR THOUSAND
ONE HUNDRED NINETY-ONE AND 26/100 DOLLARS ($84,191.26) for the purchase of
trees and supplies for the Unidad Park Tree Project.
Section 2: This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by
the City Council of the City of Baytown.
