A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE BAYTOWN
MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT ADOPTING THE BAYTOWN
MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT'S INVESTMENT POLICY AND
INVESTMENT STRATEGY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PUBLIC FUNDS
INVESTMENT ACT;AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE
THEREOF.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE BAYTOWN
MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT:
Section 1:ThattheBoard of Directors of the Baytown Municipal Development
District(the "District")has reviewed the District's Investment Policy and Investment Strategy;
andthepolicyandstrategyadoptedinSection2hereofrecordsanychangesmadebytheBoard.
Section 2:That the Board of Directors of the Baytown Municipal Development
DistrictherebyadoptstheDistrict'sInvestmentPolicy,includingtheInvestmentStrategy,which
is attachedhereto as Exhibit "A"and incorporated herein forall intents and purposes.
Section 3:That the Board of Directors of the Baytown Municipal Development
DistrictherebydesignatesthoseindividualsnamedinExhibitA of theInvestmentPolicyasthe
investment officials ofthe District whoare responsible forthe investment of the District's funds
consistentwiththeInvestmentPolicyadoptedpursuanttoSection2 ofthisresolution.
Section 4:This resolution shall take effect immediately from jmd afterits passage by
theBoard ofDirectors of the Baytown Municipal Development District.
