CCPD Resolution No. 25RESOLUTION NO. 25 A RESOLUTION OF THE BAYTOWN CRIME CONTROL AND PREVENTION DISTRICT AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 23, PASSED ON NOVEMBER 20, 2001, WHICH PROVIDES FOR THE ELECTION OFFICERS FOR THE FEBRUARY 2, 2002, ELECTION CALLING A REFERENDUM ON THE QUESTION OF WHETHER TO CONTINUE THE BAYTOWN CRIME CONTROL AND PREVENTION DISTRICT AND THE CRIME CONTROL AND PREVENTION DISTRICT SALES TAX, BY REPLACING THE ALTERNATE ELECTION JUDGE FOR PRECINCT 532; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF. WHEREAS, on the 20`" day of November, 2001, the Board of Directors of the Baytown Crime Control and Prevention District passed Resolution No. 23; and WHEREAS, Resolution No. 23 provides for the election officers for the February 2, 2002, election calling a referendum on the question of whether to continue the Baytown Crime Control and Prevention District and the Crime Control and Prevention District sales tax; and WHEREAS, the alternate election judge for Precinct 532 cannot serve in such capacity due to ill health; and WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Baytown Crime Control and Prevention District desires to replace the alternate election judge for Precinct 532; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE BAYTOWN CRIME CONTROL AND PREVENTION DISTRICT: Section 1: That the Board of Directors of the Baytown Crime Control and Prevention District hereby amends Resolution No. 23, passed on November 20, 2001, which provides for the election officers for the February 2, 2002, election calling a referendum on the question of whether to continue the Baytown Crime Control and Prevention District and the Crime Control Prevention District sales tax, by replacing the alternate election judge for Precinct 532 as follows: Precilict/Mstrict Location/Contact Alternates (A) Precinct 532 James Bowie Elementary School Houston Schweitzer Districts 5 & 6 2200 Clayton Street 2302 Ki lin 281.427.3147 h Ruben DeHoyos (A) 1900 Clayton 281.422.6489 h) .\ Section 2: This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by the Board of Directors of the Baytown Crime Control and Prevention District.
