A RESOLUTION OF THE BAYTOWN CRIME CONTROL AND
PREVENTION DISTRICT AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 23, PASSED ON
NOVEMBER 20, 2001, WHICH PROVIDES FOR THE ELECTION OFFICERS
FOR THE FEBRUARY 2, 2002, ELECTION CALLING A REFERENDUM ON
THE QUESTION OF WHETHER TO CONTINUE THE BAYTOWN CRIME
CONTROL AND PREVENTION DISTRICT AND THE CRIME CONTROL
AND PREVENTION DISTRICT SALES TAX, BY REPLACING THE
ALTERNATE ELECTION JUDGE FOR PRECINCT 532; AND PROVIDING
FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.
WHEREAS, on the 20`" day of November, 2001, the Board of Directors of the Baytown
Crime Control and Prevention District passed Resolution No. 23; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 23 provides for the election officers for the February 2,
2002, election calling a referendum on the question of whether to continue the Baytown Crime
Control and Prevention District and the Crime Control and Prevention District sales tax; and
WHEREAS, the alternate election judge for Precinct 532 cannot serve in such capacity
due to ill health; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Baytown Crime Control and Prevention
District desires to replace the alternate election judge for Precinct 532; NOW THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE BAYTOWN CRIME
CONTROL AND PREVENTION DISTRICT:
Section 1: That the Board of Directors of the Baytown Crime Control and Prevention
District hereby amends Resolution No. 23, passed on November 20, 2001, which provides for the
election officers for the February 2, 2002, election calling a referendum on the question of
whether to continue the Baytown Crime Control and Prevention District and the Crime Control
Prevention District sales tax, by replacing the alternate election judge for Precinct 532 as
follows:
