CCPD Resolution No. 23 RESOLUTION NO. 23 A RESOLUTION OF THE BAYTOWN CRIME CONTROL AND PREVENTION DISTRICT PROVIDING FOR THE ELECTION OFFICERS FOR THE FEBRUARY 2, 2002, ELECTION CALLING A REFERENDUM ON THE QUESTION OF WHETHER TO CONTINUE THE BAYTOWN CRIME CONTROL AND PREVENTION DISTRICT AND THE CRIME CONTROL AND PREVENTION DISTRICT SALES TAX; AND PROVIDING FOR THE POSTING AND PUBLICATION OF NOTICE. Section 3: This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by the Board of Directors of the Baytown Crime Control and Prevention District.
