A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS,
GRANTING THE PETITION OF CCFHPP INTEREST, LLC, FOR THE PROPOSED
ANNEXATION OF APPROXIMATELY 59.25 ACRES OF PRIVATELY OWNED
LAND IN I4ARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS, LOCATED GENERALLY AT THE
SOUTHEAST INTERSECTION OF S3OLANDER ROAD AND INTERSTATE 10,AND
LEGALLY DESCRIBED AS TRACTS 9C & 31, ABSTRACT 4, WILLIAM
BLOODGOOD SURVEY, BAYTOWN, HARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS; AUTHORIZING
THE PREPARATION OF A SERVICE PLAN; AND PROVIDING FOR THE
EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Baytown, Texas,hereby grants the petition of
CCFHPP Interest, LLC, for the proposed annexation of approximately 59.25 acres, located generally at
the southeast intersection of Sjolander Road and Interstate 10, and legally described as Tracts 9C & 31,
Abstract 4, William Bloodgood Survey, Baytown, Harris County, Texas. Said petition is attached hereto
as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein for all intents and purposes.
Section 2: That the City Council of the City of Baytown,Texas,hereby authorizes and directs
the Planning and Development Services Department to prepare a service plan for the property identified in
Section I hereof.
Section 3: This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by the City
Council of the City of Baytown.
INTRODUCED, READ and PASSED by the affirmative vote of the City Council of the City of
