A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE BAYTOWN
AREA WATER AUTHORITY ESTABLISHING THE DATE,TIME AND
PLACE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE FISCAL YEAR 2021-2022
PROPOSED BUDGET;AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE
THEREOF.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE BAYTOWN AREA
WATER AUTHORITY:
Section 1:That the Board of Directors of the Baytown Area Water Authority hereby
establishes July 21,2021,as the date for a public hearing on the 2021-2022 Proposed Budget.
Such public hearing will be held during the regularly scheduled meeting on July 21, 2021, which
commences at 4:30 p.m., in the Council Chambers of the Baytown City Hall located at 2401
Market Street,Baytown,Haixis County,Texas.
Section 2:The Assistant Secretary of the Baytown Area Water Authority is hereby
authorized and directed to cause notice of the time,date and place of the public hearing to be
published in a newspaper with general circulation in the District not later than the tenth day
before the date of the public hearing.
Section 3: This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by
the Board of Directors of the Baytown Area Water Authority.
