A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE BAYTOWN
MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT AMENDING THE BAYTOWN
MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT'S FISCAL YEAR 2020-2021
BUDGET BY REPROGRAMMING THREE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND
AND NO/100 DOLLARS (S350,000.00) FROM UNFORESEENINEW
INITIATIVES TO THE NEWCASTLE PARK PROJECT; MAKING OTHER
PROVISIONS RELATED THERETO; AND PROVIDING FOR THE
EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE BAYTOWN
MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT:
Section I: That the Board of Directors of the Baytown Municipal Development
District hereby makes changes in the Baytown Municipal Development District's Fiscal Year
2020-2021 Budget by reprogramming THREE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND AND NO/I00
DOLLARS ($350,000.00) from Unforeseen/New Initiatives to the Newcastle Park Project, as
more particularly described in Exhibit "A," which is attached hereto and incorporated herein for
all intents and purposes.
Section 2: This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by
the Board of Directors of the Baytown Municipal Development District.
INTRODUCED, READ and PASSED by the affirmative vote of the Board of Directors
of the Baytown Municipal Development District, this the Yd day of June, 2021.
