Baytown. A committee consisting of Bobby Credille, Rolland Pruett and Steve
DonCarlos was formed and after interviewing several firms, the committee decided
that James Duncan had the best proposal.

Minutes of the Special Session - June 28, 1993
Some of the items discussed were deed restrictions, alcoholic beverage
establishments, vacant property and single and multi - family dwellings.
In response to an inquiry about the time schedule involved, the city manager
stated that we will not be ready for the May election. This will be something that
council will need to decide at a future date.
Mayor Alf aro summarized the meeting by stating that zoning is something that
was brought to council by the citizens of Baytown. The key challenge will be to have
participation up front by those opposing zoning. City Council and the administration
encourage participation from everyone.
