MINUTES OF A SPECIAL MEETING OF
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN

The City Council of the City of Baytown, . Texas, met inspecial session on Monday.
September 12, 1966 at 6:30 p.m. at the City Hall with the following,members in attendance:
Clem M. Massey Councilman
Don M. Hullum Councilman
A. M. Braswell Councilman
Albert Fanestiel Councilman
Raymond T. Donnelly Councilman
Absent:

The Mayor called the meeting to order and the following was transacted:
Contribution - Baytown Emergency Corps
The City Council considered a request from the Baytown Emergency Corps that
the City assist in the purchase of a new boat to replace the existing one. Council-
man Hullum moved to contribute $500 to the Baytown Flnergency Corps for the purpose
of purchasing a new boat provided they raise the additionas necessary funds; the
$500 to be encumbered and held in reserve until the additional necessary funds are
secured. Councilman Donnelly seconded the motion. The vote follows:
Ayes: Councilmen Massey, Hullum, Braswell, Fanestiel and Donnelly.

Adiournment
There being no other order of business, the motion was made and seconded that
the meeting adjourn. The ayes were unanimous and the meeting was declared adjourned.
