A. Ward Mayor R. Be Bergeron .Councilman E. W. Buelow Councilman R. H. Pruett Councilman W. D. Reeves Councilman C. Darwin Middleton City Manager A. H. Lintelman . Fire Chief Absent: Milton L. Campbell Councilman H. M. Campbell Councilman George Chandler City Attorney Edna Oliver City Clerk The Mayor called the meeting to order. H. A. Potter - Be Trifon Lease Councilman Pruett moved to approve the drilling application of Potter and Hansbro on the B; Trifon Lease in Harvey Whiting Survey. Councilman Bergeron seconded the motion. Airhart Lease Councilman Buelow moved to approve the Hankamer Investment Company application on the Amelia Z. Airhart Lease, Well No. 1, Councilman Bergeron seconded the motion. The roll call vote was as follows: Roll Call: Ayes: Battery Tanks Mayor Ward Nays: None Councilman Bergeron " Buelow '! Pruett Reeves Councilman Buelow moved to instruct the City Manager to notify G. L. Reasor's representative to move the battery tanks from the E. E. Slagle lots and henceforth there shall be no construction of oil storage tanks within 150 feet of a roadway or building. Councilman Bergeron seconded the motion.
