The City Council of the City of Baytown, Texas, met in special mession on

The Mayor called the meeting to order.
H. A. Potter - Be Trifon Lease
Councilman Pruett moved to approve the drilling application of Potter and
Hansbro on the B; Trifon Lease in Harvey Whiting Survey. Councilman Bergeron
seconded the motion. The roll call vote was as follows:

HankAmer - Amelia Z. Airhart Lease
Councilman Buelow moved to approve the Hankamer Investment Company application
on the Amelia Z. Airhart Lease, Well No. 1, Councilman Bergeron seconded the
motion. The roll call vote was as follows:

Councilman Buelow moved to instruct the City Manager to notify G. L.
Reasor's representative to move the battery tanks from the E. E. Slagle lots and
henceforth there shall be no construction of oil storage tanks within 150 feet of
a roadway or building. Councilman Bergeron seconded the motion. The roll call
voge was as follows:

Councilman Reeves moved to adjourn. Councilman Pruett seconded the motion.
