CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTONN, TEXAS
April 20, 1951
The City Council of the City of Baytowh, Texas met in special session on
Friday, April 20, 1951 at 6:30 P. m. in the office of the City Manager with the
following members in attendance:

R. B. Bergeron Councilman
Milton Campbell Councilman
H. M. Campbell Councilman
C. Darwin Middleton City Manager
A. H. Lintelman Fire Chief
Absents E. W. Buelow Councilman
R. H. Pruett Councilman

Edna Oliver City Clerk
The Mayor called the meeting to order. He stated that the meeting was
called for the purpose of considering the drilling applications on file.
Hankamer - Charles Petrucha Lease
Councilman Bergeron moved to approve the drilling application of the
Hankamer Investment Company on the Charles'Petrucha Lease. Councilman Milton Camp-
bell seconded the motion. The roll call vote was as follows:

Burden - Grady Tuck Lease
Councilman H. M. Campbell moved to approve the H. R. Burden application
on the Grady Tuck Lease. Councilman Bergeron seconded the motion. The roll call
vote was as follows:

G. L. Reasor - Location Change - W. L. Jones No. 2
Councilman Bergeron moved to grant permission to G. L. Reasor to change
locations on the W. L. Jones, et all Well No. 2 from 100 feet northeast of W 11
No. 1 and 100 feet North of the South Line of Tract No. 12 to 300 feet northeast
of Well No. 1 and 260 feet North of the South Line of Tract 12 pending arrival of
a $100.00 check which is the fee levied against location change on same lease.
Councilman H. M. Campbell seconded the motion. The roll call vote was as follows:

Inspection Fees - Oil Wells
The City Manager and Fire Chief were instructed to check the possibilities
of levying inspection fees on oil wells within the city limits. A report will be
given atthe next regular meeting of the Council.
Adjournment
Councilman H. M. Campbell moved to adjourn. Councilman Bergeron seconded
the motion. The Ayes were unanimous and the Mayor declared the meeting adjourned.
