The City Council of the City of Baytown, `j'exas, met in special session
onTuesday, February 27, 1951 at 7230 pe m. in the office of the City Manager at
the Baytown City Hall with the following members in attendance:
The Mayor called the meeting to order.
G. L' Reasor Per mit Approved
Councilman Pruett moved to approve the G. L. Reasor permit application on
the A. E. Bobbitt Lease, Nell No, 1, Councilman Williams seconded the motion. The
roll call vote was as followss

Heasleyp Crumpler and Hughes — Permit
Councilman Bergeron moved to approve the drilling permit application of
Heaney, Cr- ampler and Hughes on the Casey Lease, Well No. 1. Councilman Reeves
seconded the motion. The roll call vote was as follows:

Easement — G. L. Reasor
Councilman Pruett moved to approve a pipe line easement across Travis Street
to G. L. Reasor. Councilman Buelow second the motion. The roll call vote was
as follows:

Councilman Reeves asked the Council to consider an amendment to the present
Slaughter Ordinance to eliminate sound proof stock pens. The question was
discussed at length and it was finally decided to let the present ordinance re-
main as written.
