The City Council of the City of Baytotm, Texas, met in special session on
'hursday, November 16, 1950 at 3 o'clock p.m. in the Council Room of the Baytown
'Pity Hall with the following members in attendances

The Mayor called the meeting to order. He stated that the purpose of the meet-
ing was to consider the reading of an ordinance annexing certain,land adjacent to
the City of Baytown.
Ordinance No. 99
The City Attorney introduced and read an ordinance which enlarged and extended
the boundary limits of the City of Baytown. Councilman Reeves moved to adopt the
ordinance as read. Councilman Williams seconded the motion. The roll call vote was
as follows$

ADJACENT TERRITORY TO SAID CITY, AI,L OF WHICH IS DESCRIBED
IN THE ORDINANCE; CONTAINING SAVINGS CIASUE, AMID PROVIDING
FOR THE PUBLICATICN AND PASSAGE OF THIS ORDINANCE IN THE
PLANNER PROVIDED IN ARTICLE I, SECTION 9 OF THE CHARTER OF
THE CITY OF BAYTO 0.
Adjournment
Councilman Reeves moved to adjourn. Councilman Bergeron seconded the motion.
The ayes were unanimous and the Mayor declared the meeting adjourned at 3:30 p.m.
