A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE BAYTOWN
MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT ACCEPTING THE SPRING PARK
ALIGNMENT PROJECT; AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT OF THE SUM OF
SIXTY-TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($62,500.00)
TO LEGNA 11, LTD, FOR SAID PROJECT; AND PROVIDING FOR THE
EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.

WHEREAS,the Baytown Municipal Development District (the"District") contracted with Legna
11, LTD, and the Springfield Homeowners Association, Inc., regarding the realignment of Spring Park
(the"Project");and
WHEREAS, all of the said improvements, as provided in the plans and specifications heretofore
prepared by the District's engineer have been performed and completed in full accordance with all of the
terms and conditions of the aforesaid contract;and
WHEREAS, the District's engineer in the manner provided by the terms of the said contract and
the plans and specifications thereof, has approved the Spring Park Alignment Project, and has
recommended that the District accept the same as constructed and completed by Legna 11, LTD;and
WHEREAS, there remains due and owing to Legna 11, LTD, the sum of SIXTY-TWO
THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND NO/100 DOLLARS($62,500.00);NOW THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE BAYTOWN MUNICIPAL
DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT:
Section l: That the Board of Directors of the Baytown Municipal Development District
hereby accepts the above-described work and improvements, and finds and determines that all of said
improvements have been completed as provided in the plans and specifications thereof, and in full
accordance with all of the terms and provisions of the aforesaid contract.
Section 2: That final payment to Legna II, LTD, in the amount of SIXTY-TWO
THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($62,500.00)is hereby authorized.
Section 3: This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by the
Board of Directors of the Baytown Municipal Development District. /
