A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE BAYTOWN
MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT, ESTABLISHING THE DATE,
TIME AND PLACE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE 201 I-12 PROPOSED
BUDGET; AND PROVIDING FOR TI-IE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE BAYTOWN
MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT:
Section 1: That the Board of Directors of the Baytown Municipal Development
District hereby establishes August4, 2011, as the date for a public hearing on the 2011-12
Proposed Budget. Such public hearing will be held during the regularly scheduled meeting on
August 4, 2011, which commences at 4:30 p.m., in the City Council Chamber of the City of
Baytown,2401 Market Street, Baytown, Texas.
Section 2: The Assistant Secretary of the Baytown Municipal Development District
is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of the public hearing to be published in the
official newspaper of the District at least ten(10)days prior to the date of the public hearing.
Section 3: This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by
the Board of Directors of the Baytown Municipal Development District.
