A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE BAYTOWN
MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT MAKING A CHANGE IN THE
BAYTOWN MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT'S FISCAL YEAR
2008-2009 BUDGET IN ORDER TO REPROGRAM FUNDS TO PROVIDE
FUNDING FOR THE PARKS MASTER PLAN AND REDUCE FUNDING
FOR THE UNFORESEEN/NEW INITIATIVES;MAKING OTHER
PROVISIONS RELATED THERETO;_AND PROVIDING FOR THE
EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE BAYTOWN
MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT:
Section 1:That the Board of Directors of the Baytown Municipal Development
District hereby makes changes in the Baytown Municipal Development District's Fiscal Year
2008-2009 budget to reprogram funds to provide funding for the Parks Master Plan and reduce
funding for the Unforeseen/New Initiatives,as more particularly described in Exhibit"A,"which
is attached hereto and incorporated herein for all intents and purposes.
Section 2:This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by
the Board of Directors of the Baytown Municipal Development District.
