SECRETAARY TO ATTEST TO THE FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ADVERTISING AND MARKETING SERVICES CONTRACT BETWEEN THE BAYTOWN MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT AND THE BAYTOWN
AREA/WEST CHAMBERS COUNTY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION TO EXTEND ITS TERM OF THE AGREEMENT AND TO EXPAND THE SCOPE OF SERVICES; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.
