A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE BAYTOWN
MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT APPROVING TRAFFIC
ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR GARTH ROAD SIGNAL
SYNCHRONIZATION;AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS
THEREFOR;AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE BAYTOWN
MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT:
Section 1:That the Board of Directors of the Baytown Municipal Development
District hereby approves traffic engineering services for Garth Road signal synchronization.
Section 2:That the Board of Directors of the Baytown Municipal Development
District hereby authorizes the expenditure of funds in the amount of FORTY-EIGHT
THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED SIXTY-FIVE AND N0/100 DOLLARS($48,865.00)plus up
to TWELVE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE AND NO/100 DOLLARS
($12,825.00)for reimbursable expenses for traffic engineering services for Garth Road signal
synchronization.
Section 3:This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by
the Board of Directors of the Baytown Municipal Development District.
