A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE BAYTOWN
MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT ADOPTING THE BUDGET OF THE
BAYTOWN MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT FOR THE ENSUING
FISCAL YEAR,BEGINNING OCTOBER 1,2001,AND ENDING SEPTEMBER
30,2002;AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE BAYTOWN
MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT:
Section 1:That the Board of Directors of the Baytown Municipal Development District
hereby adopts the budget of the Baytown Municipal Development District for the ensuing fiscal year,
beginning October 1,2001,and ending September 30,2002,in the amount of THREE MILLION
ONE HUNDRED THIRTY THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS(S3,130,000.00).A copy of the
proposed projects is attached hereto as Exhibit"A"and incorporated herein for all intents and
purposes.
Section 2:This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by the
Board of Directors of the Baytown Municipal Development District.
INTRODUCED,READ,and PASSED by the affirmative vote of the Board of Directors of
the Baytown Municipal Development District this the 23d day of August,2001.
