A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE BAYTOWN
MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT AUTHORIZING THE GENERAL
MANAGER TO PURSUE THE POSSIBLE RESTRUCTURING OF THE
DISTRICT'S PROPOSED BOND ISSUANCE TO INCLUDE AN
ADDITIONAL TWENTY MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND AND
NOI100 DOLLARS ($20,500,000.00) FOR THE PURPOSE OF FINANCING
THE CITY FACILITIES; DIRECTING THE GENERAL MANAGER TO
MAKE A REPORT OF HIS FINDINGS; AND PROVIDING FOR THE
EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE BAYTOWN
MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT:
Section 1: That the Board of Directors of the Baytown Municipal Development
District hereby authorizes the General Manager to pursue the possible restructuring of
the District's proposed bond issuance to include an additional TWENTY MILLION FIVE
HUNDRED THOUSAND AND NO!100 DOLLARS ($20,500,000.00) for the purpose of
financing the City Facilities as an alternative to the issuance of certificates of obligation by
the City.
Section 2: That the Board of Directors of the Baytown Municipal Development
District hereby directs the General Manager to make a report of his findings regarding the
possible restructuring described in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3: This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by
the Board of Directors of the Baytown Municipal Development District.
INTRODUCED, READ and PASSED by the affirmative vote of the Board of Directors
of the Baytown Municipal Development District, this the 1st day of April, 2021.
