A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE BAYTOWN
CRIME CONTROL AND PREVENTION DISTRICT ESTABLISHING THE
DATE,TIME AND PLACE FOR PUBLIC HEARINGS ON THE 2009-10
PROPOSED BUDGET:AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE
THEREOF.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE BAYTOWN CRIME
CONTROL AND PREVENTION DISTRICT:
Section 1:"That the Board of Directors of the Baytown Crime Control and Prevention
District hereby establishes July 14.2009,as the date for two public hearings on the 2009-10
Proposed Budget.Such public hearings will be held during the regularly scheduled meeting on
July 14,2009,which commences at 4:30 p.m.,in the City Council Chamber of the City of
Baytown,2401 Market Street.Baytown,Texas.
Section 2:The Secretary of the Baytown Crime Control and Prevention District is
hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of the time,date and place of the public hearings
be published in a newspaper with general circulation in the District not later than the tenth day
before the date of the public hearing.
Section 3:This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by
the Board of Directors of the Baytown Crime Control and Prevention District.
INTRODUCED,READ and PASSED,by the affirmative vote of the Board of Directors
of the Baytown Crime Control and Prevention District this the 30`l'day of June,2009.
