WHEREAS, the Board of Directors or the Baytown Area Water Authority advertised for bids far the
Annual Liquid Cationic Polymer Contract to be received oil March 25,2013;and
WHEREAS, notice to bidders as to the time and plane. when and where the contract would be let was
published in accordance with law;and
WHEREAS. all bids were opened and publicly read at theBaytown Area Water Aulhorit}'s Fritz Lanham
Water I reatment Facility at 2:00 pill., on Monday, March 2e,,2013, as per published notice to bidders; NOW

BE IT RESOLVED BY TIIF BOARD OI: DIRECTORS OF THE BAYTOWN AREA WATER
AUTHORITY:
Section 1: That the Board of Directors of the Baytown.Area Water Authonly hereby accepts the bid
of Filly dune, Tic_, for the Annind Liquid Cationic Polymer Contract fix the sum of ONE I UNDRED THIRTEEN

Section 2: HHlat the General Manager is hereby granted general authority to approve any change order
