A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE BAYTOWN
AREA WATER AUTHORITY CALLING A SPECIAL MEETING TO BE
HELD ON FEBRUARY 23, 2011 AT 5:00 P. IvL IN THE COUNCIL
CHAMBERS OF CITY HALL, BAYTOWN, TEXAS; AND PROVIDING FOR
'ITIE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE BAYTOWN AREA
WATER AUTHORITY:
Section 1 : That the Board of Directors of the Baytown Area Water Authority hereby
calls a Special Meeting to be held on February 23, 2012, at 5:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of
City Flail, located at 2401 Market Street, Baytown,Texas.
Section 2: This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by
the Board of Directors of the Baytown Area Water Authority.
INTRODUCED, READ and PASSED. by the affirmative vote of the Board of Directors
of the Baytown Area Water Authority this the 18"' day of January, 2012.
