A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE BAYTOWN
AREA WATER AUTHORITY AUTHORIZING A NINE AND ONE-HALF
PERCENT (9.50%) RATE INCREASE EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 20I L AS
SPECIFIED IN THE FINAL RATE ADJUSTMENT PLAN ADOPTED
FEBRUARY 17, 2010. AND AMENDED PLAN ADOPTED JULY 2L 2010;.
AND PROVIDING.FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE,THF:REOF.
BE IT RESOLVED.BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE BAYTOWN AREA
WATER AUTHORITY:
Section l: That the Board of Directors of the Baylown Area Water Authority hereby
authorizes a nine and one-half percent (9.50%) rate increase effective October 1, 2011, as
specified in the Final Rate Adjustment Plan adopted February 17, 2010. and amended Plan
adopted Judy 21, 2010, The rates as adjusted shall be as:follows:
Ratc er 1,000 Gallons
City Water $2.15
Non-Ci Water 1 $2.18
Section 2: This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by
the Board of Directors of the Baytown Area Water Authority.
INTRODUCED, READ and PASSED by the affirmative vote of the Board of Directors
