A RESOLUTION OF TINE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE BAYTOWN
AREA WATER AUTHORITY ESTABLISHING THE DATE, 'TIME AND
PLACE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE 2011-12 PROPOSED BUDGET;
AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF TI-IF BAYCOWN AREA
WATER AUTHORITY:
Section 1: That the Board of Directors of the Baytown Area Water Authority hereby
establishes August 17. 2011, as the date for a public hearing on the 2011-12 Proposed Budget.
Such public hearing will be held during the regularly scheduled meeting on August 17, 2011,
which commences at 9:00 a,m., in the Council Chambers of the Baytown City Hall located
at 2401 Market Sweet, Baytown,Harris County. 1"exas.
Section2: The Assistant Secretary of the Baytown Area Water Authority is hereby
authorized and directed to cause notice of the time; date and place of the public hearing be
published in a newspaper with general circulation in the District not later than the tenth day
before the date of the public hearing.
Section 3: This resolution shall take erect immediately from and after its passage by
the Board of Directors of the Baytown Area Water Authority.

of the Baytown Area Water Authority this the 20"day ofJuly,2011.
