A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE BAYTOWN
AREA WATER AUTHORITY ESTABLISHING Tl-IE DATE,TIME AND
PLACE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE 2010-11 PROPOSED BUDGET:
AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE BAYTOWN AREA
WATER AUTHORITY:
Section 1:That the Board of Directors of the Baytown Area Water Authority hereby
establishes August 18.2010,as the date for a public hearing on the 2010-11 Proposed Budget.
Such public hearing will be held during the regularly scheduled meeting on August 18.2010.
which commences at 8:00 a.m..in the Council Chambers of the Baytown City Hall located
at 2401 Market Street,Baytown.Harris County.Texas.
Section 2:The Assistant Secretary of the Baytown Area Water Authority is hereby
authorized and directed to cause notice of the time,date and place of the public hearing be
published in a newspaper with general circulation in the District not later than the tenth day
before the date ofthe public hearing.
Section 3:This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by
the Board of Directors of the Baytown Area Water Authority.
