of Magna-1 low International, Inc.- lot the Lagoon Sludge Remora) Contract for the sumof FI1''LY fIIOUSAND
NINE I IUNDRED SIXTY AND NO/100 DOLLARS($50,960.00).
Section 2: 'flrat tare.General Manager is hereby granted gencral authority to approve any change order
involving a decrease or an increasc in costa of TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND AND N0/100 DOLLARS
($25,000:00)orless, provided that the original contract price may not be increased by more than ten percent(10°l)
or decreased by more than ten percent (10%)without the consent of the contractor to such decrease.
Section 3: This resolution shall whe eflecl immediately from and after its passage by the Hoard of
Directors ofthe L3aytoem Area Water Authority,
