RESOLUTION NO. 1069
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF' BAYTOWN,
TEXAS, NOMINATING LEE TIPTON FOR THE OFFICE OF DIRECTOR,
HARRIS COUNTY APPRAISAL DISTRICT, FOR THE TERM BEGINNING
JANUARY 1 , 1990 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF BAYTOWN,
TEXAS :
Section 1 : That, pursuant to the provisions of Section
6 .03 (f) of the Texas Tax Code, as amended in Harris County, Lee
Tipton is nominated for the office of Director, Harris County
Appraisal District, for the term beginning January 1, 1990 .
Section 2 : The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to
certify to this nomination and forward such certification to the
Chief Appraiser of the Harris County Appraisal District.
Section 3 : This resolution shall take effect immediately
from and after its passage by the City Council of the City of
Baytown.
INTRODUCED, READ and PASSED by the affirmative vote of the
City Council of the City of Baytown, this the 12th day of
October, 1969 .
