RESOLUTION NO. 1041
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OF THE CITY OF
BAYTOWN, TEXAS, TO MAKE APPLICATION TO THE TEXAS
CRIMINAL JUSTICE COUNCIL FOR THE CONTINUED OPERATION OF
THE HARRIS COUNTY ORGANIZED CRIME CONTROL UNIT AND
PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN,
TEXAS :
Section 1 : That the City Manager of the City of Baytown is
hereby authorized to make application to the Texas Criminal
Justice Council for a grant for the continued operation of the
Harris County Organized Crime Control Unit in the amount of ONE
HUNDRED SEVENTY-THREE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED SEVEN AND N0/100
($173, 307 .00) DOLLARS.
Section 2 : This resolution shall take effect immediately
from and after its passage by the City Council of the City of
Baytown.
INTRODUCED, READ, and PASSED, by the affirmative vote of the
City Council of the City of Baytown, this the 9th day of February
1989.
