RESOLUTION NO. 1002
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN,
TEXAS, CASTING ITS VOTE FOR THE OFFICE OF DIRECTOR,
HARRIS COUNTY APPRAISAL DISTRICT, FOR THE TERM ENDING
DECEMBER 31 , 1989.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN,
TEXAS:
Section 1 : That, pursuant to the provisions of the Property
Tax Code, (as amended in Harris County) , City Council hereby
casts its vote for Tom Bartlett for the office of Director ,
Harris County Appraisal District , for the term ending December
31, 1989 .
Section 2 : The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to
cast the City' s ballot, certify to this vote and forward such
certification to the Chief Appraiser for the Harris County
Appraisal District .
Section 3 : This resolution shall take effect immediately
from and after its passage by the City Council of the City of
Baytown.
INTRODUCED, READ and PASSED by the affirmative vote of the
City Council of the City of Baytown, this the 12th day of
November, 1987.
