A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OF THE CITY OF
BAYTOWN, TEXAS, TO REAPPORTION $30, 000. 00 FROM ACCOUNT
NO. 694010-000101, "CITY COUNCIL CONTINGENCY , " TO
ACCOUNT NO. 538802-000101, "ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
FOUNDATION; " AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE
HEREOF.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN,
TEXAS:
Section 1: That the City Manager of the City of Baytown is
authorized to reapportion $30, 000. 00 from Account No.
694010-000101, "City Council Contingency, " to Account No.
534011-278100, "Economic Development Foundation. "
Section 2: This resolution shall take effect immediately
from and after its passage by the City Council of the City of
Baytown.
INTRODUCED, READ and PASSED by the affirmative vote of the
City Council of the City of Baytown, this the 23rd day of July,
1987.
