RESOLUTION NO. 982
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN,
TEXAS, NOMINATING ROBERT E. SEALE TO SERVE THE UNEXPIRED
TERM OF DIRECTOR OF THE HARRIS COUNTY APPRAISAL
DISTRICT, FOR THE TERM ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1987.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN,
TEXAS :
Section 1: That , pursuant to the provisions of Section
6. 03 (f) of the Property Tax Code , as amended in Harris County,
Robert E. Seale is nominated to serve the unexpired term of
Director of the Harris County Appraisal District , for the term
ending December 31, 1987.
Section 2 : The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to
certify to this nomination and forward such certification to the
County Clerk.
Section 3 : This resolution shall take effect immediately
from and after its passage by the City Council of the City of
Baytown.
INTRODUCED, READ and PASSED by the affirmative vote of the
City Council of the City of Baytown, this the 14th day of May,
1987.
