CC Resolution No. 901 1632 RESOLUTION NO. 901 AN UNANIMOUS RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS, FORMALLY RECOGNIZING AND THANKING FRED HARTMAN FOR HIS SERVICE TO THE COMMUNITY AS BOARD MEMBER OF THE HARRIS COUNTY APPRAISAL DISTRICT FROM JANUARY, 1980, THROUGH DECEMBER, 1984. ���-rx-�-��-�-�zs�-�t�r�-��-�-��.*r�-**��r�-�-*�*�*��-�-�-�-��r**�-*+�s.�*�r�c**s�rs�-�■,r�-�r�-�rrt■*�-.���*a WHEREAS, Fred Hartman has been a leading light in East Harris County for many years, and is well known for his contributions to and efforts on behalf of the community of Baytown; and WHEREAS, Fred Hartman has more recently served four years with great dedication upon the Board of the Harris County Appraisal District representing communities and citizens throughout Harris County, contributing his time to a difficult, unpaid task; and WHEREAS, Fred Hartman further distinguished himself by serving as Board Chairman, guiding the District through its infancy period, a time fraught with even more difficulties than are normally associated with creation of a new organization; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS: Section 1 : That the City Council on behalf of itself and the citizens of Baytown, hereby officially recognizes, thanks, and commends Fred Hartman for his continuing service to his community, and expecially recognizes, thanks and commends him for his service as Board Member and Board Chairman of the Harris County Appraisal District from January, 1980, to December, 1984. Section 2: This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by the City Council of the City of Baytown.
