($67 ,482 . 24) DOLLARS FROM BUDGET ACCOUNT NO. 0101-12-0100,
"CONTINGENCIES" , TO LIBRARY ACCOUNT NO. 0109; CLEAN CITY
COMMISSION ACCOUNT NO. 0115 ; FIRE ACCOUNT NO. 0202 ; AND
MISCELLANEOUS ACCOUNT NO. 0304 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAYTOWN:
That the City Manager of the City of Baytown is author-
ized and directed to transfer Sixty Seven Thousand Four Hund-
red Eighty Two & 24/100 ($67 ,482 . 24) Dollars from Budget
Account No . 0101-12-0100 , "Contingencies" , to Library Account
No . 0109; Clean City Commission Account No . 0115 ; Fire Account
No. 0202 ; and Miscellaneous Account No . 0304 .
INTRODUCED, READ and PASSED by the affirmative vote of the
City Council of the City of Baytown this the 12th day of
November 1981 .
