RESOLUTION NO. 794
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MARY ELIZABETH WILBPNKS
AS REPRESENTATIVE OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN TO THE BOARD
OF DIRECTORS AND THE GENERAL ASSEFIBLY OF THE HOUSTON-
GALVESTON AREA COUNCIL FOR THE YEAR 1982 AND ALLEN
CANNON AS ALTERNATE SHOULD DIARY
ELIZABETH WILBANKS BECOME INELIGIBLE OR RESIGN.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAYTOWN:
Section 1 : That , DIARY ELIZABETH WILBANKS
be, and is hereby designated as its representative to the
Board of Directors and the General Assembly of the Houston-
Galveston Area Council for the year 1982 .
Section 2 : Further that , the official Alternate authorized
to serve as the representative should the hereinabove named
representative become ineligible , or resign , is ALLEN
CANNON
Section 3 : That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute this resolution and the
City Manager is directed to forward a certified copy of same
to the Executive Director of the Houston-Galveston Area
Council .
Section 4 : This resolution shall take effect from and
after its passage .
INTRODUCED, READ and PASSED by the affirmative vote of
the City Council this the 12th day of November
1981 .
