RESOLUTION NO. 780
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OF THE CITY
OF BAYTOWN TO MAKE APPLICATION TO THE HOUSTON-HARRIS
COUNTY AREA AGENCY ON AGING FOR GRANT FUNDS IN THE
AMOUNT OF TWENTY TWO THOUSAND AND N01100 ($22 ,000.00)
DOLLARS FOR THE CITY OF BAYTOWN SENIOR CITIZENS '
TAXICAB PROGRAM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAYTOWN:
Section 1 : That the City Manager of the City of Baytown
is hereby authorized to make application to the Houston-
Harris County Area Agency on Aging for grant funds in the
amount of TWENTY TWO THOUSAND and N0/100 ($22 , 000. 00) Dollars
to continue the City of Baytown Senior Citizens ' Taxicab
Program from October 1 , 1981 through September 30, 1982 .
Section 2 : That the Resolution shall take effect from
and after its passage .
