A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO TRANSFER
SIX THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY-TWO AND 50/100 ($6 , 282 . 50)
DOLLARS FROM BUDGET ACCOUNT NO. 0101-12-0100, "CONTIN-
GENCIES, " TO POLICE ACCOUNT NO. 0201-06-0408 , WRECKER
SERVICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAYTOWN :
That the City Manager of the City of Baytown is authorized
and directed to transfer Six Thousand Two Hundred Eighty-Two
and 50/100 ($6 , 282 . 50) Dollars from Budget Account No. 0101-
12-0100, "Contingencies, " to Police Account No . 0201-06-
0408, Wrecker Service.
INTRODUCED, READ, and PASSED by the affirmative vote of
the City Council of the City of Baytown this 13th day of
March 1980.
