A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN ,
TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO TRANSFER FOUR
THOUSAND AND N0/100 ($4 , 000. 00) DOLLARS FROM GENERAL
FUND ACCOUNT NO. 0101-12-0100, "CONTINGENCIES , " TO
GENERAL FUND ACCOUNT NO. 0101-07-0201 , NUTRITION CENTER.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAYTOWN:
That the City Manager of the City of Baytown is authorized
and directed to transfer Four Thousand and No/100 ($4 ,000 .00)
Dollars from General Fund Account No . 0101-12-0100, "Contingencies , "
to General Fund Account No. 0101-07-0201 , Nutrition Center ,
for the operation of the Baytown Nutrition Center .
INTRODUCED, READ, and PASSED by the affirmative vote of
the City Council of the City of Baytown this 8th day of
February 1979.
