Section 2: That the City Council of the City of Baytown, Texas, hereby authorizes payment in (lie amount ofFIGI ITY-EIGHT THOUSAND t-AGHT HUNDRED THIRTEEN ANI) NO/I 00 DOLLARS ($88.813.00) to Coastal Pump Services, Inc., for the emergency purchase of one (1) rebuilt blower, one (1) new blowcr,and one (1) new motor for the Baytown Central District WastewaterTreatment Plant. Section 3: That P111-Sliant to the provisions ofTexas, Local Government Code Annotated § 251048, the City Manager is hereby granted general authority to approve any change order involving a decrease or an increase in costs of lAF`fY THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($50,000.00) or less, SUbjCCt to the provision that the original contract price may not be increased by more than twenty-five percent (25%) or decreased by more than twenty-five percent (25%) without the consent of the contractor to such decrease.
