(a)Published,mailed,and website notification.Noticesthatarepublishedandmailedpursuantto
section 130-121 (1),(2),and(4)shallprovideatleastthefollowinginformation:
(1)Thegenerallocation of thelandthatisthesubject of theapplication;
(2)Itslegaldescriptionorstreetaddress;
(3)The substance of the application;
(4)Thetime,dateandlocation of thepublichearing;
(5)Thetime,dateandplacewheretheapplicationmaybeinspectedbythepublic;and
(6)Astatementthatinterestedpartiesmayappearatthepublichearingandbeheardwith
respect tothe application.
(b)Sign notification.SignsrequiredpursuanttoSection 130-121 (3)shallatleastindicatethe
following:
(1)Thepropertyand/or neighboring properties,asapplicable,arethesubjectsofa
development permit;

subject of theapplication.Onesignshallbepostedforeach200feet of
frontagealongapublicstreet,witha maximum of foursigns required per
frontage.Signsshallbelocatedsothatthe lettering isvisiblefromthe
street.Where thelanddoesnothave frontage ona public street,signs shall
be posted onthe nearest public street.
2.Atleastsix(6)signsshallberequiredforanypublic hearing regarding oneor
more amendments totheofficialzoningmap,which propose tochangethe
zoningdistrictclassification of morethan five (5)tracts.Nothingcontainedin

Section7:Allordinancesorpartsofordinancesinconsistentwiththeterms of this
ordinanceareherebyrepealed;provided,however,thatsuchrepealshallbeonlytotheextentofsuch
inconsistency andinallother respects this ordinance shallbecumulativeofother ordinances regulating
andgoverningthesubjectmattercoveredbythisordinance.
Section8:Ifanyprovisions,section,exception,subsection,paragraph,sentence,clauseor
phrase ofthis ordinance orthe application of same toany person orsetof circumstances,shallforany
reasonbeheld unconstitutional,voidorinvalid,suchinvalidityshallnotaffectthevalidity of the
remaining provisions ofthisordinanceortheir application tootherpersonsorsetsof circumstances andto
thisendallprovisions of thisordinancearedeclaredtobeseverable.
Section9:ExceptasprovidedinSection10hereof,thisordinanceshalltakeeffect
immediatelyfromandafteritspassagebytheCityCouncil of theCity of Baytown.
Section 10:Sections 4-6 of this ordinance shalltake effect onthedatethattheCity Council
firstadoptsthezoningmapoftheentirecity implementing thatportionoftheUnifiedLand Development
CodeadoptedinSection2 of OrdinanceNo.11,866,onFebruary23,2012,
