Ordinance No. 12,104ORDINANCE NO. 12,104 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING CHANGE ORDER NO. 4 WITH NUNN CONSTRUCTORS, LTD, FOR THE CDBG NON - HOUSING WASTEWATER EMERGENCY POWER PROJECT: AUXILIARY PUMPS AND LIFT STATION SUBJECT TO REVIEW BY THE TEXAS GENERAL LAND OFFICE; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS: Section 1: That subject to review by the Texas General Land Office or its successor, the City Council does hereby authorize Change Order No. 4 with Nunn Constructors, Ltd, for the CDBG Non - Housing Wastewater Emergency Power Project: Auxiliary Pumps and Lift Station. A copy of said change order is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof for all intents and purposes. Section 2: This ordinance shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by the City Council of the City of Baytown.
