AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN,
TEXAS, AUTHORIZING CHANGE ORDER NO.2 WITH RAM DESIGN BUILD
CORPORATION FOR THE CDBG NON - HOUSING BUILDING HARDENING
AND STRUCTURAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT (EMS FACILITY
EXPANSION); AUTHORIZING PAYMENT BY THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, IN
AN AMOUNT OF TWENTY -NINE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY -
SEVEN AND 41/100 DOLLARS ($29,757.41) AND PROVIDING FOR THE
EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS:
Section 1: That the City Council does hereby authorize Change Order No. 2 with RAM
Design Build Corporation for the CDBG Non - Housing Building Hardening and Structural
Improvement Project (EMS Facility Expansion). A copy of said change order is attached hereto,
marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof for all intents and purposes.
Section 2: That the City Council of the City of Baytown hereby authorizes the payment in
an amount of TWENTY -NINE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY -SEVEN AND 41/100
DOLLARS ($29,757.41) to RAM Design Build Corporation for Change Order No. 2 for the CDBG
Non - Housing Building Hardening and Structural Improvement Project (EMS Facility Expansion).
Section 3: This ordinance shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by the
City Council of the City of Baytown.
INTRODUCED, READ and PASSED by the affirmative vote f City Council of the City
of Baytown this the 13" day of September, 2012.
