A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN,
TEXAS , AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OF THE CITY OF
BAYTOWN, TEXAS , TO MAKE APPLICATION TO THE CRIMINAL
JUSTICE DIVISION OF THE OFFICE OF THE GOVERNOR FOR A
JUVENILE SERVICE DIVISION GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF FIFTY-
TWO THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FORTY-TWO AND N0/100 ($52 , 242 . 00)
DOLLARS .

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAYTOWN, TEXAS :
Section 1 : That the City Manager of the City of Baytown ,
Texas, is hereby authorized to make application to the
Criminal Justice Division of the office of the Governor for
a Juvenile Service Division grant in the amount of Fifty-Two
Thousand Two Hundred Forty-Two and No/100 ($52 , 242 . 00)
Dollars.
Section 2 : That this resolution shall take effect
immediately upon passage by the City Council of the City of
Baytown.

City of Baytown, this 9th day of December 1976 .
