A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN , TEXAS,
DETERMINING THE FAIR MARKET VALUE OF THE 2.8716 ACRE BELL TRACT.
WHEREAS, two competent professional appraisers selected by the City of
Baytown made their appraisals of the Bell 2.8716 Acre Tract; and
WHEREAS, the two appraisals were reviewed by a competent staff appraiser
of the City of Baytown to determine the acceptability and accuracy of the appraisal
reports ; NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN:
Section 1 : That the fair market value of the Bell 2.8716 Acre Tract described
in Exhibit "A" is as follows:
Bell Property, 2.8716 acres @ 4000.00 per acre = $11 ,486.40
Section 2: And be it further resolved that the work of the appraisers as
reviewed by the City of Baytown Staff Appraiser is hereby certified.

BEING a parcel or tract of land situated in the Whitney Britton Survey, A-118
Harris County , Texas , and being a part of a certain 4.719 acre tract of land,
said 4.719 acre tract being a part of that certain 8.719
owned by C. S. Bell ,
acre tract of land known as Tract No. 7 , in Cause No. 58788, of the District h
Court of Harris County , Texas, and being more particularly described by metes
