A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOW N, TEXAS,
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN TO TRANSFER
FIVE HUNDRED AND N0/100 ($500.00) DOLLARS FROM BUDGET ACCOUNT
NO. 101-7-12 TO BUDGET ACCOUNT NO. 501-9-1.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN:
THAT the City Manager of the City of Baytown, Texas, is hereby authorized
to transfer Five Hundred and N0/100 ($500.00) Dollars from the Budget Account
No. 101-7-12 to Budget Account No. 501-9-1 to cover costs exceeding appropria-
tion allowed in budget for the fountain work as per minutes of the regular
meeting of the City Council - May 17, 1972.
INTRODUCED, READ and PASSED by the affirmative vote of the City Council
on this the 17th day of May, 1972.
