CC Resolution No. 371-A RESOLUTION NO. 37.1-A A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO TRANSFER EIGHT HUNDRED ($800.00) DOLLARS FROM BUDGET ACCOUNT 101-12-1 - COUNCIL CONTINGENCIES - TO BUDGET ACCOUNT 202-10-7, RADIO EQUIPMENT. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS: THAT the City Manager of the City of Baytown is hereby authorized and directed to transfer Eight Hundred and No/100 ($800.00) Dollars from the Council Contingency Fund, Budget Account 101-12-1, to Budget Account 202-10-7, to purchase a two-way radio for the second truck being used by the Baytown Emergency Corps as approved by the City Council on March 7, 1972 and recorded in Minutes Bonk No. 13.
