A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO TRANSFER EIGHT HUNDRED ($800.00)
DOLLARS FROM BUDGET ACCOUNT 101-12-1 - COUNCIL CONTINGENCIES - TO
BUDGET ACCOUNT 202-10-7, RADIO EQUIPMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS:
THAT the City Manager of the City of Baytown is hereby authorized and
directed to transfer Eight Hundred and No/100 ($800.00) Dollars from the Council
Contingency Fund, Budget Account 101-12-1, to Budget Account 202-10-7, to
purchase a two-way radio for the second truck being used by the Baytown
Emergency Corps as approved by the City Council on March 7, 1972 and recorded
in Minutes Bonk No. 13.
INTRODUCED, READ and PASSED by the affirmative vote of a majority of
the City Council on this the 7th day of March, 1972.

($800.00) DOLLARS FROM BUDGET CLASSIFICATION, COUNCIL CONTINGENCY
FUND, TO BUDGET CLASSIFICATION 202-10-7
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to transfer
Eight Hundred and N0/100 ($800.00) Dollars from Budget Classification,
Council Contingency Fund, to Budget Classification 202-10-7 as donation to
Baytown Emergency Corps for purchase of radio, and authorized in minutes
of the regular meeting of the City Council, March 7, 1972.
