A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN , TEXAS,
AUTHORIZING THAT THREE (3) PERSONS BE DESIGNATED AS AUTHORIZED
SIGNATORY OFFICERS, WITH FUNDS TO BE WITHDRAWN FROM THE DEPO-
SITORY SIGNED BY TWO (2) OF THESE THREE (3) .
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Baytown has designated
Citizens National Bank And Trust Company of Baytown, Texas , Depository for
the funds of the City of Baytown, Texas , and
WHEREAS, it is deemed to be in the best interest of the City of
Baytown, Texas , that three (3) persons be designated as authorized signatory
officers , with funds to be withdrawn from the depository signed by two (2) of
these three (3) officers ; NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN :
Section l : That funds of the City of Baytown may be withdrawn from
Citizens National Bank And Trust Company, Depository for the City of Baytown,
on the check of said Municipal Corporation signed by any two (2) of the
following officers of the City of Baytown; and
That any of them are authorized to endorse, by rubber stamp or other-
wise, and cash checks and drafts for and on behalf of the City of Baytown.

Section 2: That it is further resolved that any indebtedness created
in connection with the accounts of the City of Baytown by any two (2) of these
officers shall be the debt of the City of Baytown.
Section 3: It is further resolved that Citizens National Bank and Trust
Company is hereby authorized to receive such drafts , checks or orders so executed
for the credit of, or in payment from, the payee of any other holder without in-
quiry in any case as to the circumstances of there issue, or the disposition of
there proceeds .
Section 4: Be it further resolved that said authority hereby conferred
shall remain in force until written notice of the revocation of shall be received
by Citizens National Bank And Trust Company.
Section 5: This resolution shall take effect from and after its passage
by the City Council of the City of Baytown.
INTRODUCED, READ and PASSED by the affirmative vote of the City Council
on the 18th day of January, 1972.
