A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN,
TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO APPROPRIATE
TWO THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FORTY AND NO/100 ($2,240.00)
DOLLARS FROM ACCOUNT 101-12-1 "COUNCIL CONTINGENCIES"
TO ACCOUNT 106-6-4 "SPECIAL SERVICES" LEGAL FEES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN,
TEXAS:
THAT the City Manager of the City of Baytown is authorized
and directed to appropriate TWO THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FORTY AND NO/100
($2,240.00) DOLLARS from account 101-12-1 "Council Contingencies" to
Account 106-6-4 "Special Services" Legal Fees .
INTRODUCED, READ and PASSED by the affirmative vote of the
City Council of the City of Baytown this 7th day of December, 1971 .
